We are proud to offer a wide range of quality products and we guarantee that we will always send you exactly what was advertised. Many of our offers are limited time opportunities to get savings beyond what you'd normally find anywhere. Due to the unique nature of our discounted offers, all shipped products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or compensation if the item is received as advertised. If you have concerns regarding the quality or condition of an item received, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. Where applicable, we will require a photo of any product defect for quality control purposes. All concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases if a product is defective we will arrange to have a replacement shipped to you. In some cases the product may need to be returned before any compensation is given.

On every product page you will find an estimate of how long you can expect that product to take for shipping. These are estimates and accurate based on our history of shipments for similarly supplied products. is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by issues with postal carriers, couriers, customs clearance or any other factors that are out of our control. If an order is late and tracking can't confirm that it is expected to arrive soon then we will usually arrange for a replacement to be shipped, but we reserve the right to look at each situation on a case by case basis.

Holiday Guarantees

During holiday seasons we may include a guarantee regarding the delivery of an item before that holiday, such as "Guaranteed Delivery Before Christmas".  We will only provide guarantees of this nature when we are very confident that delivery will be completed on time, but if for some unforeseen reason such an item does not arrive by the guaranteed date then you will be given a full 100% credit for the amount paid for the order PLUS you'll be able to keep the item when it does arrive.
